Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Returns are applicable only for casual tops, dresses, kurtas, and co-ord sets purchased directly.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
- Discounted or sale items (unless defective or incorrect).
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact customer support at Singhfashionprint@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
- Customers may be required to ship the item back or arrange pickup (if available).
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability of size or style.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- A replacement or full refund will be arranged at no extra cost.
7. Important Notes
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences and are not considered defects.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales.
