Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Returns are applicable only for casual tops, dresses, kurtas, and co-ord sets purchased directly.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.
  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective or incorrect).

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support at Singhfashionprint@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
  • Customers may be required to ship the item back or arrange pickup (if available).

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of size or style.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • A replacement or full refund will be arranged at no extra cost.

7. Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences and are not considered defects.
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales.
